I'm Michael—a dedicated mortgage broker based in Raleigh, NC, and I'm licensed in NC, TN, GA, VA, & CA. Since starting my career in 2003, I've helped over 3,000 families become homeowners. 

I bring years of hands-on experience from both the Sales AND Operations ends of mortgage transactions. As a mortgage broker with Barrett Financial Group, I know what underwriters expect to see when underwriting your loan. You get one shot in underwriting-I make it count. 

Before transitioning into the mortgage industry, I proudly served 11 years in the United States Navy, with four deployments to the Mediterranean and Middle East, and three to the Caribbean. My service included roles in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and the Cuban/Haitian Crisis in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
