MICHAEL VALLARELLI

Hot sauce is just the start.
Seeking Heat is about building community through raw content and real conversation.

Home to SPEAKING HEAT LIVE, the weekly talk show hosted by founder Michael Vallarelli, where artists, comedians, filmmakers, hot sauce makers, and other creative minds talk shop —and sometimes hot sauce too.

You’ll also find SPEAKING HEAT SHORTIES, bite-sized clips where guests reveal their favorite sauces and stories behind the heat.

And of course what hot sauce page would exist without reviews? Catch Michael as he dives into sauces from around the world, makes dad jokes and sometimes cries.
