Moonlight Forest Cabins - Fairbanks, AK

Two privately owned authentic Alaskan style log cabins located in Fairbanks, Alaska, on four acres surrounded by dense forest and sitting underneath the Aurora Oval, which means we have views of the aurora borealis right over our heads many nights per year. Occasionally you may see moose in our yard too!

Our cabins are traditional - interior Alaska style which means they do not have running water or a toilet inside the cabin. We have a (heated and lighted) outhouse near each cabin and we do have water reservoirs and a sink in each cabin as well as, modern amenities such as a purified water dispenser with both hot and cold fresh water for drinking and cooking, high speed internet, electricity, kerosene heaters, and kitchens with refrigerator and stovetops to cook on.
