The Road to 110: The Life of Mr. Sauce 405
This channel started as a 90-day challenge to quit alcohol after 27 years. That count gave me accountability, but the mission is bigger now. I didn't quit because of a program—I quit because I wanted to.
This is the Road to 110. I’m documenting my journey to becoming a Supercentenarian (110+ years) on my own terms. Whether I have a drink next year or never again, the goal stays the same: engineering a life that lasts a century.
My Truth:
No Religion: The "Godly" path isn't for me. My strength comes from reality, discipline, and my morning walks. Respect my path, and I'll respect yours.
Find Your Happy: Happiness is personal. Do what fuels your engine and stay balanced.
Real Stories: I’m sharing the crazy life stories that made me who I am today.
Step into my shoes and come for a walk.
Find your happy, keep your peace, and I’ll see you at 110.
