Music & Other Addictions is the creative project of Elena Dimitrakopoulou, blending shoegaze, dream pop, and indie rock into a sound she calls dream rock. Where raw, DIY sound meets honest storytelling, the music explores themes of identity, vulnerability, and resilience. Each track is written and recorded at home, creating something unapologetically personal and real.

The name Music & Other Addictions reflects Elena’s deep “addiction” to music as an essential force in her life. It also explores how habits, struggles, and emotions can feel like addictions, central to her songwriting. Through her songs, she delves into love, self-discovery, and the shadows we confront within ourselves.
