MYLEEFit (마일리핏) - Home Fitness

MYLEEFit means "MYLEE Home Fitness", and it is a channel to help you build a nicer and healthier body through the MYLEE's fitness program.
Beyond a simple diet to lose weight, it helps to improve strong muscle strength and endurance, and also adds dance elements to prevent boredom.
Let's do exciting and fun exercises with me and build a nice body together~!

마일리핏(MYLEEFit)은 마일리 홈 피트니스(MYLEE Home Fitness)를 뜻하는 말로, 저 마일리 스타일의 피트니스 프로그램입니다.
단순히 살을 빼는 다이어트를 넘어서, 강한 근력과 지구력 향상에도 도움을 주고, 또한 지루하지 않도록 댄스 요소를 가미하였습니다.
