MyTOS GmbH

MyTOS GmbH, based in Aachen, extends the service life of precision tools through cutting edge rounding, microstructuring and surface finishing as pre- and post-treatment for PVD/CVD hard coatings.

We process indexable inserts, drills, milling cutters, broaches, punching and forming tools, and much more.
The result: less wear, longer service life and more stable processes in machining, forming and punching technology.

In our videos, we demonstrate how SCF processing works, how cutting edge rounding and the K-factor influence wear, and what results our customers achieve in practice.

Acting as an extension of your workshop, we advise you and undertake the machining of your tools as a contract service.
