My name is Rafal and for several years I have been an amateur sportsman. In different dimensions and in different shades and colors.
For some time ultra. The longer and harder the better. I combine this with working on my own business and “normal life”. 
As far as normal is doing races for dozens of hours at a time ;)

This channel is a place where you will find inspiration for action, motivation to achieve your goals and insights “from behind the scenes” - what life is like for an amateur during big races and competitions. I want to show that a healthy lifestyle is not just a feat, but above all fun, passion and consistency. And maybe in time it will show even more ;)
