Why build a channel? - To display what I have built, a part of me and a hopefully maybe a way to help you.

What do I want to do and why have I made a channel?

I want to help myself and potentially you, healing and growing through movement of the mind and body, acceptance of self, realisation of potential and acquiring tools to help build both the emotional and physical resistance needed perhaps now more than ever. 

I was searching for something to help control my emotions and build from the inside but at the same time, building the physical body with the focus being on the connection of the mind and body. I was looking for that Flo. My body to be ready, ready for whatever I choose to do with it and my mind able to move with it allowing space in thinking and movement.

My goal - to build a mindset and body that is flexible, strong, fast, focussed, free and to feel that I am able to accept and express myself through what I love to do and now what love to teach.
