Nanaya Zagros

Nanaya Zagros — Kurdish (Kurmanji) singer based in Berlin.

She writes and sings modern Kurdish folk — quiet songs built around her voice and a long-necked lute, songs about love, exile, language, homeland and memory. Her name carries both an ancient feminine echo and a Kurdish mountain.

New songs here, with full Kurmanji lyrics and English meanings in every description.
