Nayana Puttaswamy

Welcome to Nayana Puttaswamy’s channel! 😊

I’m Nayana… born and raised in Bangalore. From being a model, Kannada reality show winner, a Movie and a Television actor, my journey has been anything but ordinary.

I’ve explored the worlds of sports, entertainment and traveling across countries, living out of a suitcase and embracing new experiences along the way.

I’m also a mom to my 5-year-old son Taarush and married to a scientist. Over the past five years in the United States, I worked as a STEM teacher adding a whole new dimension to my journey.

Now, I’m back to focus on my dream project—my podcast, “The Next Chapter with Nayana.”

This channel is a space for real conversations, inspiring stories, and meaningful connections—where experiences meet curiosity and creativity.

If you enjoy thoughtful, engaging, and inspiring content, you’re in the right place.
