MatriarchalMindset

Welcome to Matriarchal Mindset (MM)! I'm Nai, the founder of MM: a fiercely feminist wellness coven. I am clinically diagnosed with AuDHD (Autism + ADHD), and womxn's health is my main special interest. Avoid spending another year falling short of your goals by signing up for a Wellness Audit with me today. I help you spot patterns and find real solutions! Self-care is a feminist act.

I'm an ACE Health and Wellness Coach, an ACE Functional Training Specialist, an ACE Functional Aging Specialist, an ACE Pain-Free Movement Specialist, and a TRX-Qualified Coach.

Also, I have disabled comments here because I run my own socials, and it’s too much to moderate. But follow me on TikTok, IG, or sign up for a Wellness Audit to be part of an active and welcoming community.💕
