Sarah Batchelor (formerly Seymour) is a musician, conductor, and educator with over 20 years of experience in Western Canada and abroad. Guided by “Maslow before Bloom” and “Practice makes progress,” her work focuses on inclusive, relationship-centred education.

This channel began with music education and neurodivergent teacher life, and has evolved into education advocacy and political commentary. Through her “One Teacher’s Thoughts” series, Sarah shares lived experience, context, and accountability around the teacher strike and the policies shaping public education today.
