NeuroSpicy Noelle

Hello, I'm Noelle Nichols.

I’ve lived a few lifetimes in one—religious trauma, masking my neurodivergence, burnout, divorce, menopause, you name it. I disappeared for a while, but I’ve been doing the deep, gritty healing work. With limited information around NeuroSpicy women, in menopause, so I am creating a safe space us to build a community and share information.

This space? It’s for the parts we don’t show: the unlearning, the nervous system resets, the quiet moments where we start to remember who we are.

I’m not here to perform. I’m here to be real—with stories, reflection, laughter, and maybe some tears. I'm here to share my menopausal journey, share tips and advise that can help you feel like yourself again, only better.

If you're neurodivergent, going through menopause, and just trying to feel human again—welcome. You're in the right place.
