New Myth of the West

New Myth of the West is an alias of Washington, DC based composer/AV artist, Colin Masso (guitar, bass, banjo, dobro, pedal steel, electronics, visuals). The music is inspired by film scores, psychedelic rock, folk music, doom, and dub - imagining the folk music of a dystopian future. The compositions are darkly cinematic, acid-western soundscapes, that each take you on a unique journey.
