Nirvana With Nav

Welcome — I’m Nav, a yoga teacher and mindfulness educator focused on making these practices accessible, practical, and relevant to modern life.

This channel is for people who have felt that yoga or meditation “wasn’t for them” — whether due to injury, anxiety, aging, a busy mind, or simply not knowing where to begin.

I’ve taught yoga and mindfulness in clinical and rehabilitation settings, worked with blind individuals, and offered adaptive approaches such as Aqua Yoga. Accessibility isn’t an add-on to my teaching — it’s the foundation.

These practices are over 2,000 years old, but the challenges we face today are very modern. My work is about translating ancient wisdom into tools that support real people living real lives in the 21st century.

Here you’ll find beginner-friendly yoga, guided meditation, and practical talks on mindfulness.

You don’t need to be flexible or spiritual — just willing to begin.
