The Nishino Breathing Method - Yoshioka's School

The Nishino Breathing Method is an epoch-making method founded by Kozo Nishino, the founder of the Nishino Ballet Company, who mastered medicine, ballet, and martial arts. 

By imagining a large tree sucking up moisture from its roots, and by breathing-in from the soles of your feet (Sokushin), we can make the oxygen circulate throught the cells of our whole body, cultivating life energy, the "Ki". By exchanging this cultivated "Ki" with other person, the energy will be further increased. Excitement and fun will flow from the cells. We will create a slim and supple body, as well as an healthy and strong body. 

In the Nishino Breathing Method Yoshioka's School (5-54-5 Matsubara, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), Yukiko Yoshioka, the niece of the founder Kozo Nishino, is an instructor from 37 years and fully trusts on Nishino's genius inspiration and foresight. Therefore, the content of the lessons that were taught up to the last few years of Nishino are inherited as they are.
