The Regulated Field TM

Some experiences crack life open: a loss, a diagnosis, a birth, a death, a breakthrough in therapy, a night in ceremony. When it’s over, the body still has to take it in, and that’s where most of the real work happens.

I’m April Bogle, RN. I’ve spent over three decades in western medicine, most of it in emergency and trauma care, and almost a decade in wellness and integrative health, with a certification in integrative health.

This channel is about integration and nervous system capacity: why the body braces or shuts down after something big, and how to build enough capacity for the experience to land. Clinical science, lived experience, and honest talk about expanded states, grief, and consciousness.

I work one-on-one as a nurse coach through The Regulated Field™, online or in person. I’m also the inventor of the patented Hydroacoustic Sound Bed, The Regulated Field TM and the Looking Glass TM.
