I Smita Arora am a French pastry chef with a passion for creating exquisite pastries, cakes and desserts. Learnt the art of pastry making from The French Culinary Institute (FCI) in  New York. While at FCI, won multiple awards for best product, presentation and creativity. In 2007, I quit the corporate world to take care of my newborn twins. Thereafter, got inspired to become a French Pastry Chef during my extensive culinary experiences in Europe. I recently established my own home-based, Ooh La La Patisserie and Bakeshop, offering a variety of delicious and beautiful custom order pastries, desserts for all occasions. I use only high-quality ingredients local,organic. Now I also want to share my  knowledge of pastry making with kids/adults through online/in- person classes/workshops.
