Pauls Shed Talk

Just a Gay bloke sat in his shed, talking about the stuff we all go through — especially us men between 40 and 60. No filters. No fluff. Just honest conversations about things that hit hardest:

Work-life balance

Mental health and men’s health

Being Gay

Losing loved ones — including the pain of losing a dog

The cost of living

The pressure of being "a man"

Sexuality

Moving away from your hometown and not seeing family and old mates often enough

Feeling lonely, disconnected, and wondering where all your friends went.

Every video is raw, unfiltered, and straight from the shed — no scripts, no polish, just real talk
