I'm Pete, based in South Manchester, documenting the actual experience of getting better at running and riding: Parkruns, races, Zwift sessions, and everything that goes wrong along the way. Expect honest after-the-fact commentary over real race footage, the occasional silly challenge video, and eventually — once I stop finding excuses — some triathlon training thrown in too.

New videos most weeks. Parkrun's the backbone, Zwift and outdoor rides fill the gaps, and if something ridiculous happens on a run, it's probably ending up here.
