Piʻikū Co. | Empowering Hawai'i's Next Generation of Tech Leaders

We are on a mission to nurture and develop Hawai‘i’s next generation of tech talent. As a nonprofit, we provide internship-based experiences in product management, design, and engineering, helping individuals break into the tech industry through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Through our partnerships with local startups, organizations, & mentors, we provide real-world projects that solve community challenges and make a lasting impact. Our regenerative model emphasizes interdependence — we focus on developing interns who understand the products they’re working on and believe in their impact.

With a strong emphasis on local talent, we aim to shape a tech ecosystem in Hawai‘i that is community-driven and inclusive. Our programs prepare interns for successful careers in tech, with 75% of our alumni finding work within three months of graduating.

Join us on our journey to build the future of tech, Hawai‘i style. 🌺
