Pilates instructor that truly believes Pilates makes you stronger! Pilates is an important tool in my life as it helps me manage my type1 diabetes. I teach mat and chair Pilates and when the weather is warmer Pilates in my pool! See glimpses of how living with Type1 can certainly create some challenges but challenges make you better! Pilates has literally changed my body and how I feel. With the help of Pilates, diet changes, portion control, getting hormones regulated, tightened control of my blood sugar thru 3 different insulins…I have been able to lose 87lbs in the last two years. I feel better. I am stronger. I hope to help others reach their goals by moving!
