Pilates Wellness Club

In 2012, I experienced an earthquake in Mexico — and afterwards, I struggled with panic attacks for a long time. My body was constantly tense, and I pushed myself through HIIT workouts until exhaustion. I felt inflamed and blocked inside. Then I discovered Pilates — and it changed everything. Movement stopped being an obligation and became a mindful dialogue with my body: conscious breathing, strengthening my spine and joints, calming my mind. Today, Pilates is my ritual — it gives me strength, serenity, and quality of life. I share this practice with my community, and it fulfills me to see them become stronger, more flexible, and more confident. This is my Pilates. And it has transformed my life.
