Jess | Relationship Anxiety Support

Plant Medicine Healing is a grounded sanctuary for women who spiral in relationships—especially when uncertainty, distance, conflict, abandonment fear, reassurance-seeking, shutdown, or emotional triggers pull them away from themselves.

I’m Jess, the voice behind The Mystic Midwife. Here, we explore relationship anxiety, nervous-system regulation, attachment patterns, self-abandonment, shadow work, and the quiet practice of becoming a safe place to return to within yourself.

You’ll find clear teaching, in-the-moment practices, honest personal reflection, and longer conversations about changing the deeper patterns beneath the spiral.
