POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS -Donia (Monster Series)

Being a cancer survivor with two young children&initially having to face my own mortality,  took me on another journey, which  I never thought I would tread! 😁 
With all the sadness, health issues&poverty in this world, I have created this channel to clear the mind, make it less cluttered&more peaceful. I have traumas (in the PAST!) I refuse to go back...I may visit but I won't unpack there! Affirmations for meditation are a great way to achieve this&when spoken out aloud, these positive phrases&videos can help you calm the soul&ground you. The more relaxed state of mind you are in, this will help you think clearly&positively&can even break bad habits and addictions.
Understanding these basic truths can provide people with the confidence that they need to face seemingly impossible obstacles.
