PriExperimenting

All of 2021 was a phase of massive self-discovery after my (arranged) marriage ended. As I traveled, I documented my feelings, and how I now saw the world around me. I wrote to make sense of it all when very little made sense.

This album is not entertaining. It’s raw and vulnerable. None of this was actually ever written in order to be shared, yet I felt the need to put it out when I realised I wasn’t alone in how I felt.

There is 1 musical rap, and 9 spoken word pieces. Some are in Hindi, some are in English. It’s just how my mind thinks.

I’m not an artist. I’m just a girl that felt some things during a difficult yet liberating time, and I’ve decided to put it out in the ether with the hope that it provides some solace to even one stranger having a shared experience.

If you listen to it, I hope you’ll be kind. 💜
