Welcome to the Progressive Health Initiative of Liberia (PHIL Inc.), a registered not-for-profit local health non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to improving health outcomes and promoting well-being in communities across Liberia and globally.
Founded on July 2, 2022 on the principles of equity, access, and community empowerment.
