Project Joy by April Joy

Welcome to Project Joy by April Joy. This is where neuroscience meets storytelling and mental health finally feels human. I create clear, raw and empowering content that helps you understand your emotions, your chemistry and your relationships without shame.

I teach emotional regulation, attachment styles, brain chemistry and real life self worth tools through the lens of my own journey as a bipolar II warrior, two time cancer survivor and creative chaos organizer.

This channel is your home for mental health education, emotional healing, demisexuality, modern dating, relationship patterns, nervous system regulation and relatable personal stories.

Project Joy is not about perfection. It’s about learning, laughing, regulating and choosing yourself.
