Project Monday: A Fitness Transformation Journey

What is Project: Monday? It’s about having an open and honest discussion with ourselves about why we procrastinate or make excuses when it comes to improving our health or improving whatever fitness goal you may have. But don’t worry, it won’t be boring!

We are not fitness or nutrition professionals; we are simply a husband and wife who became tired of being tired and made the commitment to change, which became our new lifestyle. #notagymbro

Why call it Project: Monday? Sunday night, you’re full of hope, inspiration and motivation—we’re reflecting on lifes’ journeys and improvements we can make for ourselves. We look back and whether it’s going on a diet, quitting smoking, navigating your career or folding the laundry, the tougher the choice or commitment, the more likely we are to avoid the start of the journey; thus, we wait until Monday.

Join us in a unique discussion about the trials, fears, and what the journey looks like for most people in hopes that our journey inspires. 🤍
