Personal Trainer & Dad (sleep deprivation sucks)

Welcome to my Podcast & YouTube Channel

I'm Adam Fretwell, I've been a Personal Trainer for 15+ years & Dad 2+ years. I know life is difficult when sleep deprivation hits and trying to complete a workout suck! I know motivation can vanish, weight can be gained. Navigating life as a new Dad and trying to keep everything together is hard. As a self employed PT, a new Dad, lack of sleep, brain fog, everything was stressful and difficult but all worth it!

If my little one had a good night sleep it allowed me & my wife to have a good sleep. If we all had a good sleep it meant we have the focus to make healthier choices and actions. It meant we could recover from exercise and the demands of being new parents.

This is where I came up with this Podcast & YouTube channel (it came to me months ago in the middle of the night but I forgot about it once I nodded off). Anything I can think that could help your little one sleep better, or help you to relax then it's a step in the right direction.
