What is Pulse? Heart centric mind/body/wellness/lifestyle videos to help you tap into things that fill your heart with passion. 

I offer yoga and fitness classes to help you strengthen your relationship with your body, breath, and spirit; meditation classes to help you find stillness and peace; breathing practices to help enhance and balance your energy; and various videos about healthy eating and lifestyle tips to enhance your daily life with practices meant to serve what your heart is calling for. 

I have been a yoga practitioner since 2005, certified yoga teacher since 2007, and barre teacher since 2016. I’ve always been drawn to movement, music, connection, and expression. With Pulse, I’ve found a way to blend all my favorites aspects of these different things together to create a well-rounded holistic practice that will help you connect to and move from your heart space.
