Connversations

Hosted by Finn Tumber, Connversations is a mental health podcast that is presented to you by Take The Conn, a mental health brand that was set up by Finn, along with his mum, to encourage and inspire people to take control of their lives, promoting good mental health for all.

In Connversations, Finn invites a new guest from all different of walks of life onto the show each week to discuss how mental health has affected them in their lives - which is usually in very contrasting ways. We discuss any issues they may have faced, and most importantly, any techniques/methods they use to improve their mental health.

Through this podcast, we hope to break the stigma surrounding mental health for everyone by getting talking about it, and improving the lives of others by identifying ways we can all better our mental health in our everyday lives!
