RebelinRecovery

Welcome to my channel. I'm a certified hypnotherapist, transformative coaching practitioner, a survivor of narcissism and patriarchy, and a backpacker. Inspired by the amazing Dr. Ramani (whose work saved me), I aspire to help the black sheep who were labeled the "rebel" throughout their mental health journey.. My main goal is they reach contentment and self-sufficiency (independency) in their own mental health journey, so that one day they tell me, "I got this, I don't need you anymore."

I'm not a psychologist (I don't diagnose) or psychiatrist (I don't prescribe meds). I use hypnosis and coaching to help people make sense of everything that's going on in their lives, literally everything, guide them through finding their own solutions, and then coach them to navigate the progress. If you wanna understand more, plz watch my videos, ask me your question through the google form attached, or book a free quick call.
