The Restorative House: Health Navigation For Women

Welcome to The Restorative House Podcast, a research-informed space where high-achieving women make sense of their exhaustion, their bodies, and the systems built to support them.

Hosted by Dr. Cherise Vanderpool (MBBS, MSc), founder of The Restorative, each episode features honest, strategic conversations with diverse specialists across all areas that impact health and wellbeing.

We move beyond narrow medical definitions to treat career, relationships, environment, and finances as critical health metrics—not just lifestyle factors. Tracing modern exhaustion back to its roots, we show how childhood conditioning or systemic pressure can express itself across your entire life ecosystem. It is all one system.

This podcast is part of our concierge health strategy platform, The Restorative, for high-achieving women. We offer personalised systems audits and a peer community for women ready to heal, recover, and establish the structural boundaries required to live their healthiest lives.
