Rise For Success Org

Rise For Success empowers girls and women in Bidi-bidi Refugee Settlement to take control of their own narratives. For too long, their stories were told by outsiders, leaving them without agency over how they were portrayed. RFS.org changes this by providing access to cameras, equipment, and mentorship, enabling girls and women to document their lives with dignity and creativity.

Through training in filming, photography, and storytelling, more than 200 girls and women have already gained skills to capture resilience, preserve culture, and lead community campaigns. Forty peer mentors are now passing these skills on, ensuring sustainable impact rooted in trust.

“If you give a girl a camera, she won’t just tell her story. She’ll change who gets to listen.”
