Rio Wilson Music

Rio Wilson is a New Mexico singer-songwriter, storyteller and poet whose work is rooted in real people, real memories and traditional storytelling.

His songs move through country, Americana, folk and bilingual English-Spanish influences, with stories about love, family, humor, loss, faith, everyday life and the Southwest. Whether a song is deeply personal, playful or narrative-driven, Rio writes the lyrics himself and uses modern production tools to help bring each story to life.

Through Songsmithing, Rio also creates custom songs for people who want their own memories, relationships and life stories turned into something they can hear, keep and share.

Based in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Original songs. Modern tools. Traditional storytelling.
