Rolling with Riggs

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my channel. If you don't know me, my name is Cody Riggs, I am 33 years old, and I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I grew up wrestling, which led me to MMA and Jiu Jitsu, combining in over 20 years of martial arts experience. I hope to share my knowledge of grappling and combatives to help you improve your skills on and off the mats.
