Rooted Life Adventures

Rooted Life Adventures is an international adventure travel program with mental health support.  We provide experiential therapeutic coaching abroad while partnering with participant’s at-home talk therapist creating a forward-thinking, holistic alternative to traditional adventure programming.

Our program delivers a psychoeducational curriculum providing mental health and wellness information with the goal of creating more self-awareness, increased internal and external resources and a greater capacity to work toward mental and emotional well being.

We take groups of students on 10 and 6-week programs to New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Hawaii where students take on adventure travel, wilderness excursions, volunteer service learning, and cultural immersion.
