Rose and the Gong

Immersive sound meditations recorded from a traditional Adirondack lean-to in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.

Each session is recorded live in the forest, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and find a moment of stillness wherever you are.

Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments blend with the sounds of the Adirondack wilderness.

The whisper of wind through the pines, birdsong, the haunting call of distant loons, rain drumming gently on the lean-to roof, and the quiet unfolding of the seasons weave together into a deeply immersive sound meditation.
