Morvareed Z. Salehpour is Managing Attorney of Salehpour Legal, a law firm specializing in assisting startups and established businesses in negotiating and best structuring their contracts and tech transactions and counseling them on issues involved with intellectual property licensing and protection, open source issues, data and privacy rights, and use of emerging technologies like AI. She also helps her clients navigate mergers and acquisitions and successfully close such deals. She has represented clients across the nation ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and works in a variety of industries, including technology such as SaaS, software, digital health, AI, and biotech among others. Ms. Salehpour is a graduate of UCLA and UCLA School of Law.
