Serenity: Sound Therapy + Wellness Practitioner 

Hi Everyone! 

My name is Kirsty and I am the founder of Serenity: Sound Therapy + Wellness Practitioner. 

I have been hosting Sound Baths around Kettering for over 2 years and my offerings include Floating Sound Baths, Drum + Gong Full Body Immersion, Intermediate Sound Baths to deepen the theta state, Neurodiverse-friendly sound baths, drum circles, 1-1 sessions and retreats. 

I first had my experience with Sound 4 years ago when I attended a Gong Sound Bath. I couldnt believe the impact it had on me coming from complex trauma and social anxiety. 
With a background and a deep love of Drum + Bass, it was like the Universe was always prepping me for Sound. I would place my hand on a speaker to feel the vibrations course up my arm and into my chest, something that the vibrations from a Sound Bath does tenfold!

Trained by the College of Sound Healing I am deeply passionate about bringing this practice to all 🌈
