Hey, y'all, I'm Shanta pronounced (shante) I'm here sharing my passion for cooking. My grandmother and mother taught me a lot of what I know, and the rest was self-taught. I hope I can inspire some of you all just to get in that kitchen and make something shake even if it's just a tail feather...lol.
