Shekinah Counseling | Dr. Brie Willey

Welcome to Shekinah Counseling.

I’m Dr. Brie Willey, a Florida-licensed mental health counselor specializing in trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety, and helping people understand the patterns beneath what they’re experiencing.

This channel is for overthinkers, overgivers, helpers, trauma survivors, therapists, and neurodivergent adults who may look capable on the outside while feeling pulled in several directions on the inside.

You’ll find practical, thoughtful videos about trauma recovery, EMDR, parts work, boundaries, burnout, ADHD, neurodivergence, and the experience of being a human with seventeen mental tabs open.

Shekinah Counseling provides telehealth counseling for adults in Florida.
