She’s So SELF Centered

I’m Jen, & I spent 25 years in corporate leadership, built a social media community of 200K in my 50s, and learned the hard way that confidence isn’t something you’re born with – it’s something you build. One messy, imperfect step at a time.

This channel is for midlife women who are done waiting for permission to prioritize themselves. Whether you’re navigating divorce, career pivots, empty nesting, or just finally asking “what do I actually want?” – you’re in the right place.

Here, we talk about the stuff nobody wants to say out loud. The transitions that break you open. The moments when you realize you’ve been living for everyone else. And the radical act of choosing yourself.

No toxic positivity. Just real talk, a little Jersey attitude, & the tools to rebuild your confidence from the ground up.
