Healing the mind, body, and spirit… and proving strength doesn’t disappear when life changes. 🖤💪🏻

I woke up one day paralyzed from a spinal cord injury and had to rebuild my entire life from scratch.

I’m Krystina… founder of WheelStrong.

This channel is where I talk about what it really looks like to rebuild your life when it feels like everything has been taken from you. Not the sugar-coated version. The real one.

Here you’ll find conversations about healing the mind, body, and spirit… navigating life with a disability… rebuilding confidence… adaptive fitness… trauma… and the strange things you discover when you start questioning how the world really works.

Some videos are about resilience. Some are about healing. Some go way down the rabbit hole.

But the core is simple…

Learning to adapt.
Learning to heal.
Learning to become stronger than what tried to break you.

Stay Strong. WheelStrong. 💪🏻🖤
