Simply PHENomenal Urban Slow Living

Hello! It's Phen again. I am expanding my cooking channel to a lifestyle silent vlog in search of urban slow living. This is my response to the realities of life after 50 years of age.

Make the transition with me as I look for ways to "age in reverse" and extend my healthspan.

Let's experience the calming ASMR sounds of nature—from crisp footsteps on forest trails to the soothing rush of city streams, summer cicadas, and local birds.

Through gentle urban forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), mindful movement, and functional longevity protocols, we'll explore how to down-regulate the nervous system, lower baseline cortisol, and cultivate vitality in a modern urban setting.

There will be no talking, no loud overstimulation. Just raw, authentic moments captured on my smartphone to help you slow down time, build cellular resilience, and embrace a healthy, mindful midlife.

Of course, my fave cooking and artistic activities complete the full picture of my kind of phenomenal life.
