Bristol 32 - Sailing Vessel Beauty - USMM

I provide architectural, engineering and construction management services. My studio is located on a South Carolina farm and on a Bristol 32 sailing vessel, “Beauty”. I often sail to distant shores to work on building conservation and restoration projects.

I’m an ardent sailor and merchant mariner. I hold a 100-ton Master's license with the United States Coast Guard. Authorized to engage in Commercial Assistance Towing and Sailing Endorsement. Deck: Able Seafarer-Sail and Unlimited, and Lifeboat Operator. I’ve sailed thousands of nautical miles in the Gulf of Maine, North Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of America and the Caribbean Sea. Since 2005, I’ve been the skipper of the United States Documented sailing vessel, “Beauty”. I serve in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Southeast District, FL. 

Beauty is a work vessel and is capable of blue-water sailing, set up to be single-handed and her hailing port is Charleston, SC.
