Beneath The Noise Yoga and Meditation

Movement for the body. Space for the mind. Support for the nervous system.

A space to move, breathe, explore and reconnect with yourself — beneath the noise of everyday life.

Through yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, sound and Kundalini, explore the relationship between body, mind and the world within. From energising flows to deep relaxation, each practice offers an opportunity to move with greater awareness, find stillness and discover a little more about yourself along the way.

For the days you need energy, the moments you need to pause, and the times you simply need a little space to be. No perfect poses or expectations, just meaningful practices to support you in body, mind and beyond.
