Sonoma State University Campus Recreation

Hello and welcome to Sonoma State's Campus Recreation Center!

Since 2004, the Recreation Center has served as a place where students and members can come to remain active. Thus, the Recreation Center is here to help support the overall well being of each individual by encouraging them to explore their limits, expand new horizons, and pursue healthy lifestyle choices.

The Wellness Weekly series will provide different ways in which students and members can use the Recreation Center to increase or support their own personal wellness. Videos will range from wellness tips, workout ideas, and introductions to different Rec Center programs.

Make sure to follow Sonoma State's Campus Recreation Center on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram @ssucampusrec and check back here weekly for new videos!
